Frank Lloyd Wright Jr.) designed family residence was built just 4 years after he erected his celebrated Wayfarers Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. This mid-century modern gem showcases Lloyd Wright's geometric explorations of the time and is characterized by a harmonious blend of lush landscaping, expansive glass panels, ribbed wood paneling, pink cinder block design in the exterior and interior, and striking, soaring rooflines. Surrounded by a tranquil landscape, the property exudes a sense of serenity with native plants, mature trees, and a bamboo forest. Preserved original elements include the cinderblock dual-facing fireplace, slatted interior and exterior walls, built-ins in the closets and in the office, and dramatic hexagonal and triangular footprint.
