How to Get Rich in Real Estate – by Neil Schwartz – Special Presentation Saturday Jan 25 @ 10 am! You don’t want to miss this!

Hi Everyone!

It is with great honor that I present to you my Broker/Manager and Owner of Century 21 Masters, Mr. Neil Schwartz, who will be speaking to my clients (you!) about a very important topic as we kick off the year and the decade, our own Roaring 20s…… How to Get Rich in Real Estate!

Yes, you read that right – and you always knew – that the road to building and keeping true enduring wealth is via Real Estate. That the truly wealthy, not just in the United States but definitely in the United States, but all over the world, that it is those who have ownership in land and the improvements on that land, that can pass that land on to the next generation and the next generation after that, and they to the next generation in perpetuity – they, the landowners, are those with true, enduring, intergenerational wealth.

And that starts with investing, truly investing, in a little thing we call Real Estate.

I don’t think we really realize what we are saying when we say real estate – because the term is tossed around so frequently, that it has lost the impact that words have – and in order to understand the true value of what we are talking about when we say Real Estate….. we need to break down this term to its 2 components – Real and Estate – the Estate part already alludes to the fact that this is one of those things that is not just a house you live in, but that it is part of your Estate that you can leave to your heirs. That is, if you own it. If you rent it, your landlord gets to leave it to his or her heirs. (And I’m not even going to get into what a privilege we have living in a place and time when we get to own real estate and have access to the institutional financing to make the average Joe and Jane like ourselves be able to do it, and even by the coast…. in a beautiful place such as California…. don’t get me started!)

And the Real part – that refers to any property that cannot be moved. Property that can be moved, such as furniture or jewelry or artwork is referred to as Personal Property. Real Property is property such as land and what sits on it that cannot be moved. It has a physical address, a terroir for you wine people that know that each individual piece of this earth is uniquely unique.

But I digress. What I came here to share with you today is that the famous Neil Schwartz, owner of Century 21 Masters, with its 8 locations across Southern California, and his 40 years in the real estate business, most of those years spent coaching top real estates agents across the country – he will be sharing his wisdom on investing in real estate, as he has done himself over the decades, and how to do that to build wealth to fund your retirement and to tap into that elusive thing we call Passive Income and how to get your money to work for you while you work for money (or while you sleep).

Learn how to earn up to 20% return on your money by investing in real estate.

What a great way to kick off 2020!

Know some things we need year round? Food and Shelter! All year round!

Hi Everyone!

I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday weekend!

I was reflecting a bit this morning as we enter into December…. I opened my emails and several of my past clients and friends asked me about seeing property and of course we are going to go see those homes later today and later this week – and it dawned on me to share with everyone – what are our most basic needs? Well we all need food, shelter and lots of love!

And we need these things year round. Yes, even in December and especially in December. And yet many people believe that the only times of the year that homes sell is in Spring and that is a myth – because in fact, people are looking for homes to buy and move into year round. And as we get into December, the seasonal shift is not so much that people don’t want to buy, it’s that sellers think it is a bad time to sell so they all hold off until the new year.

What results is a severe dip in inventory……. not so many homes for sale….. and buyers still looking. Case in point is the condo pictured above – this was listed by another agent from May till November – not sold…. I just took it over mid-November, gave it some good old sales and marketing and it just went Under Contract. And my seller who is moving just put in an offer on the house she is going to buy.

So why wait till the new year?

Get started now – buyers are looking and your home will stand out with less competition. Get ahead of the competition and don’t wait till the spring.

Call me. I’m here all month, working through the holidays, showing property to all the interested buyers in town. Would you like me to show them yours?
