Learn how to add an ADU to your home! Come see a real live Accessory Dwelling Unit and learn from someone who has done it! Guest speaker Kristi Cirtwill Saturday April 20, 2019 @ 11 am

Have you ever thought to yourself, hey, I have a really big lot, a really big backyard, and wouldn’t it be nice if I could build a guest house back here, or a second unit, something with a little kitchenette, a bedroom and a bath, and I could have people stay here, or I could rent it out?

Or, have you ever looked at a piece of property to buy, and it’s a house in front with a big backyard, and you wondered, could I build a second unit back here? What would it cost? How would I get it permitted? How would I get financing to do that?

Have you ever thought – hey, if I have an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), I could maybe rent it out on Airbnb and make enough to cover part of or all of my mortgage?

Well, these kinds of questions will be addressed at our next event! Hosted by speaker Kristi Cirtwill, whose property we will be touring on-site in Stanton, California, this interactive field trip will be a great learning experience for anyone thinking about building an additional dwelling on their property or future property!

Kristi Cirtwill is an extraordinary residential real estate investor in Southern California. For a little background on her, she has  purchased over 200 houses in the last few years and is currently in the process of building several ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units).

Come visit one of her latest projects – this Airbnb vacation house and newly built ADU. Come at 11am Saturday April 20 and tour the property! There will be a short 15 minute presentation at 11:15am followed by Q&A.
