You’re Invited! 2 Great Talks! This Saturday: Estate Sales; March 31: Real Estate Investing & 1031 Exchanges!

My goal as your Residential Real Estate Agent is to bring you great content and information about the real estate market, keep you up to date and informed, and also connect you to professionals in our area who can deliver you pertinent information and services to keep you ahead of the game when it comes to your real estate assets. The reason homes and real estate are so important to us is that not only do they give us a roof over our heads and a safe haven in this world, a place to call our own and feel comfortable in, and a place to celebrate all our special occasions and also live our regular contented days in….. not only all those things, but also, they are, in most cases, our biggest financial asset. So because of this, I want to make sure you are served by having the most current and specialized information, be it about taxes, or about how to deal with personal property inside of houses, or building wealth by investing methodically in real estate.

With those thoughts in mind, I’m inviting you to 2 exciting upcoming events in my Breakfast & Learn Lecture Series:

This Saturday, February 10th, 9 am to 10 am – Getting the Most Wealth for your Personal Property and Possessions, Hosted by Antique Appraiser & Estate Sales Expert, Michael Koslov of Mr. K’s Estate Sales.

Michael Koslov has 25 years of experience buying and selling antiques, and he is the owner of Mr. K’s Estate Sales, a licensed and bonded Estate Sales Brokerage in Orange County. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and utilizes his many years of expertise to appraise antiques, art, and furniture. Mr. Koslov’s presentation will focus on the pros and cons of estate liquidation, antique appraising, consignment and charitable donations. He will discuss the difference between an estate sale and a garage sale. Most importantly, he will also share his experience on how to avoid the pitfalls of downsizing – where and how to begin the process, setting expectations, and effectively selling your items.

Saturday, March 31, 9 am to 10:30 am – Real Estate Investor Workshop, Featuring Info on How to Use 1031 Exchange to Defer Capital Gains Taxes & How the New Tax Plan affects Real Estate!

Hosted by Debbie Skora of the Asset Exchange Company, a 1031 Exchange Accommodator and Qualified Intermediary for facilitating asset exchanges that qualify under U.S. Treasury Regulations. If you don’t know what this means, then you especially need to come to this special event and learn all about how to do 1031 Exchanges, one of the best wealth building tools out there for real estate investors!

Sign up today for these two great events! If you want to EARN more from your real estate, LEARN more!

Both of these events will take place at my office, 5150 E Pacific Coast Hwy #7th Floor, Long Beach 90804.
